At Nathan Gabrielle we aim to reduce the stress of your house sale and purchase.
We've taken the time to work out how to make your house sale and purchase as easy as possible.
We have looked at the way we do business from a different perspective:YOURS.
That's why we believe that the method of service you will receive from us will be very different.
Convenience:
You can ring us, email, or just drop in at any time, without an appointment to discuss your sale
and purchase. We're even open on Saturday mornings. In our department we specialise in
conveyancing, you will find that you will be able to talk to someone who can tell you how your
sale and purchase is progressing at any time during normal office hours.
Efficiency:
We have invested in a uniquely customised computer system to ensure that your matter is dealt
with as efficiently and smoothly as possible. Routine paperwork is carried out on the computer;
leaving us to tackle the law and technical issues we have been trained to handle, and to chase
outstanding enquiries and searches. Of course, this leads to greater efficiency meaning that we
can provide a competitive service.
The Costs:
Because our Property Department is geared up to handle your transaction so efficiently, we are
almost always able to give you an accurate quotation for the work we do. You can obtain a
quotation right now from our on-line quotation system. You will find our fees very competitive.
Please note that unlike some solicitors we do not add on extra fees for things such as
contributions to our insurance premiums, photocopying and telephone calls, or for filling in the
stamp duty land tax and land registry forms.
Communication:
We understand how stressful moving house can be.
We give a high priority to keeping you informed about progress. We make the effort to tell you,
(either in a letter or by phone) every time a step is taken. If things are held up for any reason
we will tell you why (our computer prevents us from forgetting things: it prints regular
reminders which make us chase up matters if the delay is being caused by, for example, the
other person's solicitors). We also make sure that all the documents are written in plain clear
English.
Personal Service:
When you first instruct us, one of our conveyancing executives will be allocated to deal with
your transaction personally. As the transaction proceeds that executive will be able to tell you
how things are progressing. If for some reason, that person is unavailable any other member of
the team will be able to give you an instant update.
